Founded by Al Roof in 1991, The Blue Ridge Pathfinders Motorcycle Club, Inc. is an exclusive fraternity of responsible motorcycle trail riders in the Carolinas, with dual sport riding being our common bond. The Blue Ridge Pathfinders Motorcycle Club no longer solicits members. A responsible motorcycle trail rider must seek admission of his own free will by getting to know our club members, securing their trust and respect to the point that two members in good standing nominate him for membership. Upon nomination, candidates for membership must receive unanimous approval in a vote by the members present at the club meeting at which their membership application is submitted. Once accepted new members pay a one time Initiation Fee of $100.00 and annual prorated dues of $20.00 a year for adults and $5.00 for children under 16.

As has always been the case, membership to this Yahoo Group is restricted to dues paying members in good standing of The Blue Ridge Pathfinders Motorcycle Club, Inc.

In an effort to prevent alienation of those wishing to join our ranks, we have established a mailing list for potential members so that we may invite them to join us for dual sport rides and/or trails rides at public or commercial riding areas. This will give our current and potential members an opportunity to get to know each other, leading to nomination for membership for those who meet our strict criteria.
