Description

This list provides an opportunity to share and talk about environmental issues that affect minority groups disproportionately, ways minority groups can become more ecologically aware and active, .

This list will also deal with the issues of building future black eco-villages, redesigning current black neighborhoods to live more sustainably, getting more blacks to support the green party, buy local and organic produce, compost, speak out on environmental injustice, support more home schooling and/or local school institutions in black neighborhoods and much more.

This list is not limited to only black participants. Anyone can join but the subjects discussed will have a focus on blacks and environmentalism. Ecological subjects in general are welcome for discussion here too.

If an ecological revolution of America is to occur, then people of all persuasions should be apart of the solution and thoroughly aware and involved. There should a larger participation especially from blacks in their 20s 30s in environmental activism (as younger people are the potential leaders of our future).
