Greetings,

As we evaluate African-Americans and Black Communities we find excessive cases of injustice, which calls for a revival of spiritual and social activity pertaining to liberation. Personal attacks like (Oscar Grant and Mitrice Richardson), and all out city assaults, like the Geechi Islands n South Carolina , will continue if we don’t do something). This is the same situation that sparked the Civil Rights Movement! Blacks were victimized by increasing racial aggression that amounted to pure racism!! The only way to solve their problems was collective action!!!

Unfortunately, Indigenous African-Americans face worse conditions today. We are experiencing more cases of Police Brutality, while Gentrification and AIDS and DRUGS r continuing to cause massive damage to blacks and their communities. The sad part about this scenario is that there is a total lack of concern and action from Black Churches , Groups and Leaders. They would rather fall behind the lies claiming America is better because she has a Black President, and moving towards becoming a post racial society, than tell the obvious truth. Racism is on the rise!

The masses of blacks r preparing to use the Five Phase Plan to pursue justice for their people, because blacks who r n positions to do something r not doing anything. They r selling out the masses for their own pockets.  They r not looking out for the best interest of our people, and this has been happening since the attack on our Black Churches, Groups and Leaders began, after the assasination of Dr. King and the Civil Rights Movement!! Blacks should expose this truth and resurrect the fight to end racism, and gain adequate housing, employment, health care and education. Blacks have earned these rights from slavery.

As we witness this increase in racism, it is a direct consequence of having a Black President that will not say or do anything on behalf of his own people. THAT IS A DAMN SHAME!!! We should recognize the need for blacks to unite to form a power base to address these issues. No single group or leader can address the many issues that r causing great harm to Indigenous African-Americans and their communities.

We must realize blacks do have a plan to unite their people, to form the power base we need to confront this madness. As we move closer to the time for us to implement the Five Phase Plan, we r asking everyone concerned about African-Americans and our Black Communities to read the latest versions of the Five Phase Plan and the Reparations Proclamation, as there have been many improvements. If u have not read both docs b sure to request them n a reply to this email.
