Description
As the USA system continues to deteriorate, the African American community as a whole is being decimated at an alarming rate. It has become even harder for our Christian community to maintain and expand in wholly God-approved ways (See Exod 21:7-11; Deut 21:15-17) with so many more marriageable women than marriageable men. This group came about because of the personal need of a Black man to have a forum whereby those who either practice or desire to practice the Jehovah-given marriage practice of polygamy would find like-minded souls who want to discuss the realities of the polygynous lifestyle in "his" context. While there are many websites out there that are poygynously oriented, none of them are focused on the African American polygamous family. The time is right for those men who have accepted the patriarchal mantel that godly men must wear to provide righeous stewardship over their homes and extend the size of their homes as Jehovah wills. Equally, it behooves all godly sisters to seek God's will in this matter and, if they come under the command to marry because of repeated failure to abstain from s-x sin and find polygyny is the marriage form for them, they should become knowledgable about the realities that such a life entails.
This is a group for Biblicly polygynous Christians who seek to enter in through the narrow gate, through the difficult and hard way of Christ. Our hermeneutics are those of Calvin, Luther, Wesley,Hudson Taylor, George Mueller and Amy Carmichael, not those of liberal theologians like K. Allen of BiblicalFamilies.org.
Since STDs are so widespread in the AfroAm community we have the following:

***1Cor7:8 To the unmarried and women bereft of their own men I say that it is good for them to remain single as I am. 9 But if they do not continue to have self-restraint [keep on abstaining from s-x sin], they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn . . .
