Hi Gunnar,

 

a pair of A. farinosa roam around my neighborhood in Surco for several years, they are really noisy on summer but in winter you can see them flying around almost silently.  They constantly go to a stand of palms in summer but don't know if it is just for feeding or they had breeding ideas... but no woodpecker holes to use as a nest.
