The Billerica Watchers Group was formed to open intelligent discussion relating to: Billerica and the surrounding towns of the Merrimack Valley whose taxpayers are interested in town issues regarding proposed development, town infrastructure, town budgets, and the overburdening results from such issues, which affect the Quality of Life in the Merrimack Valley. We are not a one-topic group. Feel free to enter other concerns of your area or other surrounding towns. The Billerica Watchers meet at BATV (click on our Yahoo calendar for when we meet.

As a group we are currently fighting and questioning the the vague submissions regarding the proposed power plant at the state level. This procedure involves time and funds.
