Speed freaks should be banned from trails... when created the trails, it was for those that wanted to take leisurly rides and walks...not to train for the Tour...

I think the article stated that this is the first posted speed limit on a trail in the DC area. The Mount Vernon Trail has had a posted speed limit for years....
