Hello friends,

Hope you are all happily in good health and less stressed out than I am right now. Oh! Never mind, I have tried everything to cure this stress but it doesn’t seem to go away.

So when a friend told me that I must learn meditation and do it whenever I find even two minutes. Thus I decided to use the time which otherwise gets wasted in traffic jams.  So inside my car at the red-light, I closed my eyes, and took a deep breath. And before I realized I was coughing out the weird smelling air I just inhaled.

This is the urban, unclean, unchecked air which laden with pollutants is making its way into every body, every lung.  And it is killing us! 4.6 million deaths and 0.8 million premature deaths are reported annually due to Air pollution. But besides this count, we aren’t able to monitor anything else. I have been thinking of ways of doing something myself to deal with the situation. Can you suggest me someways? Air your grievance, share your thoughts and just write into me at panditji@... . Till then I shall just meditate over the issue more, and this stress!
