Yes, Fails To Return is a good read. It's one of my favourites, too.

Biggles Goes Alone is quite difficult to find at a reasonable price, I think.
World's End is fairly easy to get hold of. There are several reasonably priced
copies on Abebooks.

Norman Wright recently reprinted Unknown Quantity, but second hand these limited
edition paperbacks which sold originally for £20 are now fetching silly prices.
