I am a recent(ish) member and just thought i would say hello. I started reading
Biggles when i was about 7 (32 now) and for a while would just re-read the WWI
stories. I did finally get on to the others and Johns' other books, steeley the
space series and worrals oh and gimlet ofcourse. I think my favourite
charachters are possibly Bertie and Von Stalhein. Favourite book perhaps fails
to return. The books missing from my collection are the following,
BIGGLES AT WORLD'S END
BIGGLES GOES ALONE
GIMLET GETS THE ANSWER
MURDER BY AIR
WINGS OF ROMANCE
And of course the really difficult ones to get such as the unknown quantity etc.
