What was once the idea of seventeen women at State University of New York at Albany has developed into an evolving reality that continues to grow and reach women across the country.
Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, our dynamic sisterhood, was founded eleven years ago with the vision of establishing itself as a home for women of all races and ethnicities. This sisterhood, like any home, has become a place to which we can all go and discuss our obstacles, frustrations, passions, fears, struggles, and dreams. The women of this household have undergone distinct trials and tribulations but have found their place in the heart of Omega Phi Beta, which fosters their desire to develop as role models in leadership, scholarship, and service.

Our sisterhood is a spirit we have built person by person, piece by piece like a nest to which we fly when we as women seek support, counsel, encouragement, and strength. In order to continue to achieve the goals we have set forth for ourselves we understand that we must continue to open our hearts and minds and reach for new heights.
