You'll love this group of ladies,
all assembled here,
We often share a laugh,
And sometimes shed a tear.

The talent here amazing,
from babies to their threads,
knitted little sweaters,
And perfectly rooted heads.

Some of the ladies play Bingo
Some are a secret friend,
And no matter what goes on in your life,
Good wishes they'll always send!!

Some of the ladies are funny,
Make you laugh when you just want to cry,
When your baby is giving you trouble,
They'll encourage another try!

Many are very witty,
One sends us the daily quote,
There's one who even makes up her own words,
And one who has her own goat!!

There are some who supply us our babies,
Some who supply us the hair,
and some who knit just the cutest,
Little sweater sets to wear!

It's a group I've become very fond of,
Even when at times there's a gripe
And the lady whose babies are sweet as can be,
Usually when they are ripe!!

Within this fine group of ladies,
Generous it always seems,
Sharing great tips, and their gifts of "know how"
Helping other's achieve their dreams.

Something the ladies and babies do share,
Is truly a treasured find,
Their dreams, goals and uniqueness,
Truly they're one of a kind!

Each lady is really quite special,
Just like the babies they share,
They tend to the babies each little detail,
Inspired with God's guidance and care.

Then there's the lady who wishes,
A poet someday she will be,
The same one who welcomes you into our group,
Oh yea, that lady is me!
