Train wreck!
I know everyone has seen the damage tornadoes can due to trucks and cars. Even the TIV (tornado intercept vehicle) will not get too close to anything stronger

10M is the shortest HF band you might consider a wire, considerably cheaper than a vertical or possible build a wire J pole for 10M. I have been on 10 all day
