This Saturday and next Saturday at the Sino-Chu we will have two final SLOW
WALTZ classes. As always, classes are from 7:30-8:30 pm before our regular dance
party. Many thanks to Mei for making these high quality, very low-cost classes
available to all of us. Remember, Mei¡¯s classes are taught both in English and
Chinese and followed immediately by our great dance party where you can practice
what you have learned!

Also, this coming Monday, June 22nd, there is a free introductory SWING class at
the CD Jazz Caf¨¦ from 8:30-9:30 pm, offered by our friends in SwingBeijing, who
also hold a free party afterwards. If you don't know anything about Lindy Swing

Also, don't forget that with summer here you have many new opportunities for
dancing. You can practice your newly-learned Waltz steps right out in the open
air in Beijing's lovely parks and -- unlike at our own Saturday dances ¨C you
can even wear short-shorts, tank-tops, and sneakers. : ) So try dancing under
the moonlight with somebody special, or just try it with a stranger and see how
much fun you have!
