This is the Bay Area Nanny Assoc (BANA)! - an email group for nannies in the greater San Francisco Bay Area in California to come together and share their stories (good or bad) along with support, ideas, questions and tips, and to develop friendships, arrange playdates, etc. This group is to foster friendships and support for nannies and au pairs in the Bay Area.
