To share, spread, and enjoy knowledge about the manga/anime series "Basara" or "The Legend of Basara" by Tamura Yumi.

Due to the large number of new fans learning about Basara from the English edition of the manga, there is now a spoiler policy.

All volumes must contain spoiler space until two months after it's English release date to give adequate time for all members to find and read it. All discussions of events in the manga not released in English yet MUST contain spoiler space AND a generic spoiler warning in the topic (Spoiler: Volume 20, Spoiler: Last two volumes).

Now that Basara is being released in English by Viz, any discussion or distribution of scanned translations is banned. Questions or responses regarding scantrans will be deleted from the archives and will result in the poster being moderated or, if the rule is broken multiple times, being banned. Please support the official release of Basara by purchasing the legitimate product.
