All of our reviews may be read at BackpackGearTest.org. If you would like to get involved with geartesting or ask questions of the group, join our mailing list, administered here, through Yahoo!, by clicking on "Join This Group".

Everyone can become a tester (as long as you are 18 or over), but be warned that our standards are high, and you will have to be willing to do some work in order to qualify.

Several documents have been prepared to guide you through the process, and if you read these carefully, all of your questions will be answered.

If you follow the How to Become a Tester link you will be well on your way to becoming a gear tester.

As explained in the documentation, you will need to submit two Owner Reviews (please submit one first, wait until it has been edited and is uploaded and then do your second one) and complete the tester agreement. Please read both the 'How to Become a Tester' document, linked above, and our Survival Guide before writing your first Review.
