ARR 712 travelled from Anchorage to Whittier as part of an ARR freight consist
and boarded the Fairbanks Provider, an Alaska Railbelt Marine rail barge, at
Whittier last Thursday July 2. ETA Port of Seattle is July 8 at 4 p.m.
