This group is for students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and alum of the University of La Verne who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or allies. The University of La Verne of La Verne, California is affiliated with the Church of the Brethren. This group is affiliated with Brethren Mennonite Council for LGBT Interests.

Purpose of this group
A. Increase the visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender University of La Verne alumni, faculty, staff and students and their interests.
B. Improve the GLBT student experience by connecting with alumni, creating professional and social network opportunities.
C. Communicate events of interest to the GLBTA community.
D. Provide opportunities to share information and resources to encourage advocacy on behalf of GLBT alumni and students at the University of La Verne.
E. Increase support of GLBT interests on campus, support the activities of GLBT and GLBTA campus groups, and help effect positive change in University of La Verne policy and programming.
