This group is for students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and alum of Canadian Mennonite University who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or allies. Canadian Mennonite University is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and is affiliated with the Mennonite Church Canada. This group is affiliated with Brethren Mennonite Council for LGBT Interests.

Purpose of this group
A. Increase the visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Canadian Mennonite University alumni, faculty, staff and students and their interests.
B. Improve the GLBT student experience by connecting with alumni, creating professional and social network opportunities.
C. Communicate events of interest to the GLBTA community.
D. Provide opportunities to share information and resources to encourage advocacy on behalf of GLBT alumni and students at Canadian Mennonite University.
E. Increase support of GLBT interests on campus, support the activities of GLBT and GLBTA campus groups, and help effect positive change in Canadian Mennonite University policy and programming.
