This group is for students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and alum of Bridgewater College who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or allies. Bridgewater College is a liberal arts college in Bridgewater, Virginia affiliated with the Church of the Brethren. This group is affiliated with Brethren Mennonite Council for LGBT Interests.

Purpose of this group
A. Increase the visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Bridgewater College alumni, faculty, staff and students and their interests.
B. Improve the GLBT student experience by connecting with alumni, creating professional and social network opportunities.
C. Communicate events of interest to the GLBTA community.
D. Provide opportunities to share information and resources to encourage advocacy on behalf of GLBT alumni and students at Bridgewater College.
E. Increase support of GLBT interests on campus, support the activities of GLBT and GLBTA campus groups, and help effect positive change in Bridgewater College policy and programming.
