This Group has been set up to help facilitate the Questar III BETAC
Title III Consortium Grant's goal:

Using Instructional Technology with Limited English Proficient Students
To Support Reading Instruction

The BETAC is funded by a grant from the New York State Education Department to provide technical assistance at no charge to school districts with Limited English Proficient/English Language Learners in the counties of Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Lewis, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington.

It is our hope that all educators of limited English language/English language learners in our region will benefit from the exchange of ideas that takes place within this group.
