This innovative unit features up to 2500 memory channels and Uniden's new Close Call technology that captures signals that are transmitted in close proximity to your location. Another new feature is the ability to store up to 200 systems on the same "quick key" (the closest conventional relationship is a 'bank'). Current scanners can only store one trunked system and/or conventional channels per bank. Type acceptance was received under AMWUB326 on 8/17/04 and the unit was released on approximately 11/15/04. UASD programming software was released on 11/24/04. This unit truly is a look at the future of scanners!
