Description

Avalon Cottage CoHousing is in the early stage of group formation. We have purchased a 2.8 acre site within the City limits of Lakeport, Lake County.

This site is suitable for the development of up to 21 homes. This former walnut orchard has an existing 1,500 sf home which can be converted into the common house.

If you are interested in helping to create a new community, please contact us to join the group.
