Description

The Autonomy-Respecting Relationships List explores the implications of TCS (Taking Children Seriously) theory for relationships other than the parent-child one:

Current relationship institutions ("monogamy", the family, employer-employee) are problematic in that they are coercive, but how can they be improved or replaced without destroying the valuable inexplicit knowledge they embody? The purpose of this list is to provide support for those who are striving to make their relationships consent-based (non-coercive), and to criticise and improve current ideas about human relationships.
