Membership to Austin H Friends must be approved. Once you request to join, you will be sent an email from the group moderator providing you with our terms of membership in a PDF attachment (be sure to check your SPAM box). Open the PDF document and reply as requested to begin the approval process. Please provide us with your city of residence in your request to join. Yahoo! deletes all request over 14 days automatically, replying in a timely manner will avoid automatic denial. We take our members privacy and safety seriously, the requested information above is a requirement for membership.

When joining the group, we recommend that you not use your last name in your Yahoo ID or in your Yahoo account information. Online caution is always wise.

This Yahoo! group is an extension of the Austin H Friends social organization. This is a support/social group for people with herpes. Austin H Friends hosts several events each month with members hosting impromptu events throughout the month. If you are looking to meet others with herpes in the Austin area, this is the group for you!

This is an active group. You have options for email receipt by individual email or daily digest. We recommend individual emails since this is how we communicate last minute changes or addition of events as well as the member banter back and forth. It’s informative and fun!
