My name is Gloria Angel I was born with Cerebral Palsy. I’ve never let my Cerebral Palsy stop me from doing anything. I even graduated from the University of Texas in 2000 with a BA in Journalism. It took 12 yrs., but I did it. Graduation day was a proud day for my family me. Not only did I get my diploma, but I walked across stage to receive it.
