Sorry to take so long to answer your question.
The chart at livingcosmos.org is the path out the third eye using a master as a guide. I forget off-hand what that is called, where you envision your master's face. The basic layout is sort of similar without using a master as a guide, but we recognize a more levels within the named levels, we don't give them Indian names, and they are all accessible, even to the very top.
Using the guided method, it's like accessing a stairwell where the doors on all the landings are locked. It is designed to keep you close to your master (it's rather scary) and it leads to what might be called an observation platform in the skyscraper of the Cosmos. A very blissful, if ultimately boring place.
The techniques used in ES gives you access to the elevator. And the trip out the third eye without the use of a master is very different. A lot more fun, in my opinion.

does audinometry agree with the worlds (inner) existing per this chart?
if so, does it give access or directions to go thru the various regions
to the nexts?
and if so is it accomplished by finding and tuning into certain sounds
versus others... ? i.e. finding and tuning into the 'bagpipe' vs
buzzing... analogy of crossing past the moon/sun worlds etc.. for
instance...?
