This group formally know as the "Albuquerque Atheist Freethinkers Meetup" group. This group is for all atheist, agnostic, free thinkers and humanist in New Mexico. It is a means for the group to better keep in touch and pass information around. You don’t have to be a member of the Atheist Freethinkers of New mexico Meetup group but it would be nice so that you can join us at our by-monthly gatherings. Our group's Mission Statement The Albuquerque Atheists Freethinkers exists to: Provide intellectual and emotional support to each other and to others in our community who share our philosophy. Foster humanistic moral values and ethical behaviors. Promote a naturalistic worldview wherein beliefs must be verified by a scientific examination of evidence. Defend the separation of church and state at all levels of government as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.
