Astoria Moms
This group is a nurturing and non-judgmental supportive environment for moms and babies of various ages and stages. We welcome each other with open minds and open hearts and encourage each other to share our experiences, struggles, and joys. We meet every Monday at Avenue Cafe on 30th Ave. and 36th Street in Astoria. We use this message board as a way to ask questions of each other and share responses, and to share information. We encourage moms to attend our weekly gatherings to meet face to face, a nice place to combine support with socializing! Members should feel free to organize events and services they feel would be beneficial and fun for moms and babies (and sometimes dads too!). If you are interested in joining the web group or our weekly Monday meetings, feel free to request membership to this group! Please include in your request your name, your baby's name and DOB, and any current member who may have referred you to this site.
