A place for Learning Organization practitioners in the region to find respite, draw inspiration and find communities and people like-minded in your ride in the world of Learning Organization! Welcome!

Going back, this network began to emerge as early as August 2004 when a handful from across Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan met at a Learning Organization Forum in Singapore connected and like long lost souls we were so glad to find each other. Over the years, that included meeting persons from Japan and then India and at the most recent Systems Thinking in Action (STIA) Conference in 2006 (over dinner!), that group has now expanded to include Philippines and more persons from Singapore and Japan.

The idea for a platform for Asia was born at the STIA Conference. When the group came back they connected and their emails with each other are captured in the first entry here. In 2007, we are proud that it is making sense to have a space to call our own and be in a place more can join in.

We are sure these are things all care to see happen. As I am sure there are many more practitioners out there. Feel free to bring them into the fold here.
