ARTISTIC STATEMENT: An emerging group of local Mixed Media, Assemblage and Experimental artists based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Our interests are personal growth through shared knowledge, exploration of new techniques and products as well as attention to the fundamentals of art.

The Articrafters hold monthly meetings, and we also have "Play Dates" where we get together to work on projects. As Mixed Media artists, we seek opportunities to learn, to display our art and to support local artists and art venues.

Come join us at a meet-up to make new friends, learn new techniques and create projects, and be inspired! Unless otherwise noted, our meetings are held at Eclectic Expressions Gallery in Arlington on the fourth Saturday of the month from 12:30pm til 4pm. There is a $5.00 per member charge if you attend a meeting. This fee is applied to classroom rental fee. Guests are welcome to attend a free meeting before deciding to join the group.

NOTE: This is a local meetup group. We will want you to attend at least 3 meetings per year.

Meeting will be April 28th, and we are planning to participate in the UTA Street Fair on Mesquite Street in Arlington. We will be set up to demonstrate, sell and support other artists. Time is 11am to 3 pm.
