Arkansas is served by 5 different National Weather Service locations - Little Rock ,Memphis Tn., Jackson Ms., Shreveport La.,Tulsa Ok. This list was started to benefit the State of Arkansas by combining the watches and warnings from each area, and share them with their neighboring covered areas in the state to help communicate potential and actual severe weather.

The list also includes topics on ham radio (frequency specifics for wx nets, etc.), SkyWarn training dates and locations, personal wx observations and reports, and any other wx related topics of interest in the State of Arkansas.

For those of you that don't know the info on the photo on the right.......It was taken 22 miles southwest of Howard, South Dakota on August 28, 1884. It is the oldest known photo of a tornado, photographer unknown.
