This is the official Humanism discussion group for Humanists and members of the Humanist Society of Greater Phoenix (HSGP) in Arizona. Only current HSGP members are eligible to join. Please do not ask to join if you are not a member!

HSGP has meetings on alternate Sunday mornings at a local venue in Scottsdale, where we enjoy a brunch and feature a guest speaker. We are a chartered chapter of the American Humanist Association. In 2001, we were the AHA Chapter of the Year. We are also a chapter of the Council for Secular Humanism (CSH), affiliated with the Center for Inquiry.

We welcome discussions on politics, religion, HSGP activities, news and so on. The best posts should have some humanistic reference point, but this is not required in the interest of a free forum of ideas.
