ARABIC MAGIC is dedicated to the practical and academic study of Arabic magic, Islamic magic, The SCIENCE of THE 99 NAMES, KEJAEN, ROUHANI, al-HIKMAH, BATIN, LATAIF, and especially as found in the Indonesian, Javanese, Balinese Traditions.
Posts may relate to ANY topics from within these categories; however, we do want to stay focused, and posts straying too far afield (examples include “paganism”, “wicca”, “new age”, unless as a comparative study) will be deleted.
This group is also APOLITICAL–while political matters are often important, we will not be discussing them here.
GOALS: not only discussion, but we would like to be a “clearinghouse” of links, and physical sources for books, supplies, and centers relating to this Tradition–post quality information in the links and files sections.

We STRONGLY encourage members to read the “Knowledge Papers” available from either site (inexpensive ebooks). These are self-contained “mini-courses” of authentic, previously unpublished, Traditional al-Hikmah material (note: the moderator is NOT in business with either site, this is an independent endoresment).
English is the “discussion” language of our group, but we encourage learning, and exchanging ideas from Traditional languages, especially from the Sacred tongues.
