Neville taught to know things mentally is to analyze, debate, question, etc. and to know spiritually is to become the thing. We practice becoming things in many ways.

So we name concepts, see them as images, enter them, become the images and tell about it. Every thing is a concept - health, money, marriage, degrees, jobs, jets, investments. Seeing the names here, images played out in your mind. You saw them in the mind's eye.

Which concept do you want? Call its name, see its image in the mind's eye and notice how you felt when you saw it. In your mind's eye, the thing you wanted was accomplished "in" you. You already have it! Celebrate this very accomplishment with joy. Let this thing accomplished in you extend through your being to your outside world on the energy of your joy! Enjoy it on the inside until it pushes out through you.
