Sounds good.  I might be able to some of those other fish, but the only whole Mackerel I know of in my area was flash frozen.  The still have their heads but

Hi I wouldnt make it with anything less than fresh whole fish. You can follow the Geoponica recipe for a cooked fish sauce - basically boil what ever fish you
