The Wave-Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, Germany, is the world's largest festival for the gothic, industrial, and darkwave scene. Held late each spring during Germany's Pfingsten weekend, the Treffen is a 4-day event featuring hundreds of bands, dozens of associated events such as film screenings and marketplaces, and tens of thousands of attendees from around the world. Each year, more and more people from the US, Canada and the UK (and other English-speaking countries!) are making their way to the Treffen. This list exists to coordinate plans, help first-time attendees (and wanna-be's), discuss WGT news and keep Treffen-friends in touch with one-another.
