Americans-in-Australia was created so that we “Strangers in the Land Down Under” would have a safe haven. It was meant to be a place where we could talk about our homesickness, our adjustments, the things we miss, and the difficulties we are facing. A place where we could air our thoughts and ask our "newbie" questions without fear of being judged or ridiculed; A group for Americans living in Australia to share their stories, experiences and aspirations in their new country. It is intended to be a safe and welcoming place for any Americans living in Australia or wishing to migrate here.
