(interest and amortization) to current account receipts (exports of
goods and services), ie the proportion of current account (foreign
exchange earnings) absorbed by external public debt service.
Interest-service ratio - Ratio (in percentage) of annual interest
payments to exports of goods and services.
Debt Serv to Gov Rev - Sum of debt service on public debt and the
publicly guaranteed private debt divided by government revenue.
External public debts are fixed obligations which have to be serviced
by converting governmnet revenue into the necessary foreign exchange
through export earnings.
PM - Parallel Market Exchanger Rate or "Black" Market
AF - Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market); official dual exchange rate
started in 1995. All other rates quoted are official exchange rates
