Stamps4Trade. com - A rebuttal
Mr Frank Stajenda has been writing and posting false clams about my business
practices. I thought that if I just ignored him, he would just go away. But,
alas, it didn't happen. Time and time again he claims that I owe him stamps.
And, time and time again, I ask him "Which Stamps?'. And, he never answers the
question. If he were to supply me with a listing of the stamps I allegedly owe
him, I would check to see if he is right and then supply the stamps to him. But,
if I don't know what he wants, I can't supply it.
I realize that when you work with the public, it is always difficult. I am sure
that many of you traders out there have found that out. About 25% of your
customers always want more than what is due them. They either say that your
postage charges are too high. Or, if they want something you don't have, they
expect you to go find it for them, even if it is only a 20¢ stamp. And there is
always a complaint about CTO vs. Postally used. Etc. The list goes on forever.
But, with Mr Stajenda the problem never gets solved, much less discussed.
If he would just tell me what he wants, I'm sure that we would come to some kind
of agreement.
In the meantime, www.Stamps4Trade. com is open for business and you can be
assured that you will get what you ordered and treated with respect.
