Welcome! All American History is a two-year history course written from a Christian perspective. Brought to you by Bright Ideas Press, publishers of the popular Mystery of History series, this new series is aimed at families teaching grades 5 - 9.
Volume 1 = Exploration through Pre-Civil War
Volume 2 = Civil War through 2001
The curriculum is composed of three important pieces:
*Student Reader
*Student Activity Book
*Teacher Guide
The hardback reader is composed of weekly lessons divided into three sections:
*Atmosphere (of the event)
*Event

The text is meant to be used in conjunction with the activity book - which contains the pages that are to be filled in WHILE the student is reading or the teacher is discussing each lesson. This activity book also includes a review for each week, pictures to cut out and place in the appropriate slot, and maps to be filled in.
The Teacher Guide contains a vast amount of teacher-friendly material. The teacher is provided with:

**Family Activities
**Adaptations for use with Young Students
