In Apr.'06 I met Karen Canto owner/artist of Alextamping at a convention. Together, Karen & her husband Carlos were at a convention teaching & sharing their love of rubber art;spreading the joy their own line brings to people.

I thought it would be fun to have a yahoo group dedicated to this line, Alextamping where those that enjoy creating & sharing art would have a place on the net to come to share ideas, & grow together. So here we are!

My name is Cara Giaquinto, although most people call me Febe. I"ve been stamping over 15 years,& just yesterday began a collection of Alextamps! Please come join me as I discover the joys of stamping this line either alone or by adding in an image from another company that compilments Alextamping's designs and style.

I'll ask Karen to work with me to form this group & I"m sure she'll pop in & say "Hi!" when time permits. I plan to get the group up & running & offer the ownership over to Karen. I'd love to have swaps, contests, games, & just hear about the many ways people stamp & use this wonderful exciting line. Any & all ideas & suggestions are welcome. Membership Rules:
1. No selling of merchandise:stamps,accessories,etc.except by Alextamping.
2. Please share your ORIGINAL hand stamped cards on this site & in person via the mail, no photocopies, please. We welcome the use of 1 or 2 images from other companies, but prefer to see what you have done mostly with Alextamping stamps.
3. No fighting,play nice please
4. No spamming.
5. This is an active group,sharing ideas,cards, & we would love it if you could remain active in one form or another. Either by joining in our conversations via the posts,by joining a swap, a contest, or RAKing other memembers. However we understand from time to time you need to sit back & just relax..know that we'll miss you & cheer when you return.
