Description

"An African-American Perspective" is a newsletter designed for residents of North central Pennsylvania. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform the community about racial issues from a black American's viewpoint.

Primarily, the focus will be on the complex relationships found among the black and white segments of the Williamsport PA community. We hope to identify problems, provide resources, and encourage others to strive for a better tomorrow.
