2) Establishment of Permanent National Security, throughout all the regions of Afghanistan.
3) Establishment of a National Effort to focus on Re-construction to the war-torn regions within Afghanistan.
4) Establishment of Freedom of Speech, within an Islamic Context.
5) Establishment of a Permanent and prosperous Educational system where Afghans will prosper and rebuild their economy.
6) Establishment of a Permanent Representative Loya Jirga of elected officials from throughout Afghanistan.
