As part of our effort to support a healthy and interactive community, the Access SF e-mail discussion group will be moderated by Access SF staff. We want our e-mail discussion group to be a safe space for everyone, and we will not tolerate hate speech or personal attacks of any kind, or general attacks against the staff and management. We will also block or help re-direct other submissions (e.g. spam, commercial content, off-topic, or personal e-mails) as to not clutter the discussion group with unnecessary traffic.
While your opinions on a universe of possible topics are important (and can be shared with our viewers on channel 29 as part of your public access show), please do not use this forum for anything other than discussing issues directly related to public access -- as there are many other Yahoo Groups and other on-line forums available to you for those other subject areas. Persons who repeatedly attempt to post inappropriate material may be removed from the group.
I usually monitor this group on a daily basis, so if you have something you need posted that is timely, usually a 24-hour advance lead time is sufficient to get the message distributed -- often messages are approved within minutes or an hour. Message approval, however, may be delayed overnight, weekends and holidays.
Attachments may not be sent to nor distributed through this group.
