Description
This group serves as a communication/support arena for pre-service theatre teachers, and those interested in using theatre as a teaching tool. We broach topics of interest in the K-12 theatre classroom, as well as concerns about advising, lesson planning, student teaching, and more.
ACTT meets at least two times each semester, and is based in Boone, NC at Appalachian State University. There is no charge to join this group. Members are expected to contribute to the group by participating in activities, programs, and events.
This group is not owned or operated by Appalachian State University.

The "new" standards were approved!
The "new" standards were approved by the SBE on September 2, 2010 at this month s State Board of Education (SBE) meeting and are scheduled to be implemented
