Please find attached the amended Region 5 plan for your
concurrence. The plan itself is updated and clarified but no
radical changes were made. The Frequency allotment table is drastically
changed. This is to give better spacing for TX combiners and to
assign channels consistent with the Mexican Border agreements. Also
we added columns to show your plans assignments for the Counties that border
Region 5. Also the attachment is contains only the plan and
frequency allotments and not the admin material that will be added on to what
is sent to the FCC. If you want to see the other material (example
- past concurrence, meeting minutes and attendee list) just let me know
and I will send. We have several agencies that want to license and
construct starting in February so I ask your quick consideration.
