Yesterday the PSST held its Board meeting and one of the topics was the content of the comments they will file.  The enclosed presentation was made regarding the build-out and milestones.  The PSST is suggesting a higher percentage of coverage at the 15 year benchmark and has added a 7 year metric.  The Board agreed to make this available to any group that may want to include it in their remarks being prepared on the 3rd FNPRM.
