If it's easier to setup with another company like Authroize.net, we are not
contractually obligated. Do what makes sense for you guys. I think we pay
$20 or $25/month and 2.5 to 2.9% per transaction. Not sure about a per
transaction cost (eg: $.25 each).

I don't know if paypal can bypass their forced login if they detect a credit
card that's been used once in their system. It makes people login to their
world, but maybe "pro" is completely transparent.
